With quite an extensive career in recruiting and executive search, I now have a platform of 10 years as an employee of Gensler to celebrate. WHAT INSPIRES ME: I have the opportunity of representing accomplished, smart and creative professionals who are “GIANTS” in the world of Architecture and Design. WHAT GIVES ME HOPE: My dedicated colleagues at all levels of our firm, GENSLER, show up with curiosity, expertise, creative solutions for challenging client and community design projects and do so with respect for each other as we collaborate among impactful teams. WHAT IS MY GUIDING LIGHT: Without one ounce of reservation, I can endorse as a fact, that our Gensler culture is loyal to our value of “People First!” Yes, we are an organization of infallible human beings, yet, with my quite extensive runway within the profession of talent acquisition, Gensler continues to astound me with the attitude, behavior, respect and resources that support our shared values.

Health insurance is good and annual leave increased from 14 days to 18 days, which is current design industry standard. Work hours are fair for most

Cons

Markets themselves on values but does not truly consider inclusivity of all needs for employees. Work from home cancelled. Flexibility depends on managers and some of them are not keen to uphold company culture. Work conditions tries to be fair but favours some more than others. Turnover is increasing
