Pros

There are a few people there are legitimate individuals who do want to produce quality work and improve things for others...the key word is few. Free pens.

Cons

This place is a corporate machine now. Whatever organic grassroots working environment this place was founded upon has been dead for years now. Only those who can maneuver this place Game of Thrones still can reap the money and glory here. Those who simply work hard to produce a ton will be worked into the ground in exchange for.....more work. Plenty of people here are fake/disingenuous and exhibit a certain political bias. Those who do not fit that bias will be ostracized here, FYI. Bonuses are taxed at 50 percent so despite handing two a year, they are taxed heavy. Industry pay is dirt and lots of architects work long unpaid overtime hours which will devalue their labor in the long run. Finally. There is ZERO work life balance, 5 days a week in the office only, unless again you've politically maneuvered your way into a cushy set up, and they have zero intent on reducing that obligation. Stay away from this place. And they layoff frequently.

Thanks for the feedback. We treat workplace concerns seriously and address them in accordance with our internal policies and procedures. We have multiple channels for reporting issues and we train and encourage our team members to use them. Encouraging everyone to ask questions and provide honest feedback is critical to supporting our culture and our values of integrity, trust and mutual respect. We appreciate your feedback, but since you have chosen to NOT identify the office in which you worked we are unable to share your comments with your region and office leadership. Good luck in your future endeavors and we truly hope you find an environment and culture that is a better fit for what you need to thrive.
