Pros

Outstanding culture; highly entrepreneurial, can generally chart your own course; very transparent organization; many learning opportunities and formal educational programs offered; recommend

Cons

Must maneuver organizational politics but this is inevitable in any group of people that must work together in achieving a common purpose, whether in employment, civic, governmental, religious, or volunteer organizations. We all have individual goals as well and some people will choose to pursue individual goals detrimental to the group's purpose.

Pros

In DC, the only firm with enough interesting work besides Baranes. Some very talented people, a couple of really grest designers, but somewhat wasted. Nice physical space.

Cons

No design culture. All about making money. Really poor pay. Leadership is oblivious to talent around them. Some of the clients are really horrible.
