Support with technology classes and certification. Opportunities for travel domestically and internationally, working in different offices, project based, or transferring. Many invites to design related events, good place for working with many different companies.

Cons

Feeling tied in by bonuses, programs, and project timelines. The salary may not be on the highest side, but with all the benefits combined, may feel tied in to the large corporate environment. In the larger offices, it's easy to get put into a specialised area, which can make it feel like there is a lack of professional and personal growth over time.
