Strict In-Office - I found the requirement to be in the office five days a week somewhat unfair, especially since most people were on a hybrid schedule. Many of my team members were often absent on Mondays or Fridays, making the rigid policy feel unnecessary. No Return Offers - No indication of return offers for interns, and it seemed there was little effort to maintain any relationship post-internship.
