      Corporate giant, not so different from other big companies out there

      Pros

      There are many talented people who are passionate about their work, office culture is nice, work times are quite flexible

      Cons

      Too much office politics going on, favoritism is very obvious. A lot of lip service but leadership is lacking. Base salary is low.

      Best place to work in the industry. Very multi-disciplinary. All disciplines are treated equally (versus only those with an architectural background).

      Cons

      Some projects might require a lot of travel (not great for those that don't have flexibility to be away from home often).
