Great place to gain experience quickly for interns and recent graduates, Good bonus and benefits structure. High quality project work. Advancement potential, particularly for extroverted subject matter experts. Many exceptional people.

Cons

Firm and office politics, Strange promotion and advancement structure. Large number of out of touch, self aggrandizing principles, who make billing structure and excellent project delivery untenable. Management obsessed with leadership development and billable hours. Often superficial understanding of complex subjects such as trophic levels, carbon cycle, life cycle, and electrical generation etc, particularly among leadership advocating for sustainability practices.
