Nice people (in general), good work-life balance, big clients

Cons

Highly-praised Gensler culture is an utter nonsense - extremely corporate from top to bottom just like the most of the clients. Day to day work start to feel vain really fast, from one corporate headquarter to another avoiding addressing any real issues or even questioning the intent.

Pros

Good benefits especially if you're in it for the long-haul. Lots of fun opportunities outside of work to participate including exposure to artists, designers, business leadership and their spaces.

Cons

For roles outside of Designers & Architects your path for growth can get difficult to navigate/ achieve and requires a lot of advocacy and self promotion.
