Some talented interiors individuals, depends on the office;lots of free company lunches to employees, usually nice office surroundings

Cons

FIrm not capable in hard architecture, no talent and low standards of work quality..draw and bill, don't forget to suggest and charge. client for additional services...

Decent compension. Need to set your own roles from day one. The more you give this company the more they will take from you.

Cons

The Atlanta Office is way over managed. The senior managment team has very little trust in their staff and treats all employees like children. This in a very depressing place to work. Very hard to advance.

Positive, encouraging culture; many education opportunities; professional staff; great benefits. It's a fabulous place for young professionals to learn the business.

Cons

Corporate culture isn't suited for everyone, you have to choose between technical and design tracts... And technical staff is not highly valued.
