Pros

You'll get the opportunity to work on amazing project and see them built. You'll meet wonderful people and lifelong friends, and have endless opportunities to learn and grow in this field.

Cons

You'll be worked to death on unreasonable deadlines and the company will keep asking for more. Never forget that they do not care about you and they can (and will) replace you in an instant. There is no compassion, no loyalty, and working here is an endless race through barriers of red tape and corporate favoritism.
