Cons

Leadership across the board can benefit from EDI training. The amount of micro aggressions I experienced while working there made it a very hard place to walk into every day.

beautiful office, incredible flashy projects with high-end clients, career path route, generous in office socials.

Cons

Political, employees are overworked and underpaid, take on more projects than their staff can handle, little to no graduate/junior support, juniors crying in office due to stress and harsh mannered superiors, uncompetitive salaries
