Pros

Great social and work balance. Love the people I work with so much. It really is one big family. Perfect balance between a large and small firm feeling for project navigation. Which can allow you to learn areas.

Cons

You do kind of have to navigate yourself and advocate for yourself. There can be a tad bit of favoring on projects. Design could be more competitive in the market compared to other firms.

Pros

Great project, talented people. Great office.

Cons

Pretend to be inclusive but they are white male dominant company. Management pretend to listen to employees. Studio Directors are awkward in communication. Only friendly to their favourites.
