Pros

Gensler is a large company which means there are a ton of resources at your fingertips. We are offered great benefits, and the company has an ESOP structure, allowing for additional monetary incentives when you stay with the firm. The people are passionate, talented, and friendly. I love working here.

Cons

As with any larger company, there might be additional steps for approvals, etc., but it has not been an obstacle for me in any way.

The benefit package offered is nice

Cons

Leadership across the board can benefit from EDI training. The amount of micro aggressions I experienced while working there made it a very hard place to walk into every day.
