Pros

big projects and clients. Okay salary,

Cons

They will pigeonhole you. Every project is organized within a toxic hierarchy that leaves no room for growth, forcing you to wear multiple hats. Opportunities are only available if you stay for at least seven years; otherwise, you're treated as just a cog in the machine. Favoritism is rampant.

Pros

-Great resume builder -Autonomy (but this comes with little guidance) -Nespresso machines

Cons

Nepotism and professional ladder climbing run this office more than competence. It is a very dangerous place to work if you have a family for more than one reason. One being that you could be fired at any minute because a project that senior leadership thought they would win didn't come though. Gensler does not retain earnings in large enough quantities to cushion all the new hires that they have all the time. Secondly, people are always cheating on their spouses with colleagues (no joke). It is a revolving door. I witnessed an entire studio of 50 people turn over in a matter of a couple years.
