Pros

Office location and design, projects

Cons

Crazy hours, leaving no time to live, constant pressure, inefficiency, constant experiments on stuff, comparatively low pay for such an intense work. I have no respect for people who work at Gensler, as they allow this horrible system to treat them as machines.

Cons

No loyalty, no care for work life balance. Company cannot keep up with new work style ( remote working) CEO does does not carre for employees, prefer giving speeches on to improve environment which They don’t fallow unless client approval. Company and management prefer giving bonuses instead of keeping their employees or maintaining loyal employees.
