      Not all that glitters is gold.

      Pros

      Nice office and a great place to meet and network with other professionals. Responsibility with experience and at times can be fast paced. Exposure to high profile projects and great IT staff.

      Cons

      Very competitive at times. Playing the game is rewarded more than talent or hard work. Promotions seem to be difficult, make sure you are hired at the right level and fairly compensated before you accept the offer. Bonuses don't add up to much until you've been around for at least 5 years.

      Leadership and Management problems

      Some cool projects and clients. Nice new office, sometimes fun group happy hours. Many great friends

      Cons

      Clown show of leaders in Austin office. People act like in high school type clickes. Studio directors play favorites.

      You have to deal with egotistical people who disrespect their team.
