If only the London leaders were inspirational

Great firm overall. It looks after it’s employees and there are opportunities to learn and move across the world.

Cons

If only the London leaders were actually leaders. Listening, supporting and inspirational. Being at the center of ones own (self serving) universe never got Anyone anywhere. Sadly this attitude has put a lot of talented people off who have left the London office. Overall the firm has my respect.

Great place to get started

Cons

The work never ends, never a break and reviews are obligatory nonsense. The review process changes every year so no measurement is really measuring anything. Be prepared for unqualified people to be appointed and promoted and quality people left unchallenged and for the most part forgotten cogs in the billable hour machine.

large company, benefits, pay, location

Cons

I was overworked, some people are over-the-top high maintenance, won't share ideas, and will make your life very difficult but you will find they went to college with Diane or they are so and so's cousin's friend so they won't be fired and your own studio priciple cannot stand up to them.
