      Pros

      Supportive leadership, great opportunities, fun projects, work hard and play hard, all leadership is accessible, compensation is fair

      Cons

      Sometimes transparency is lacking when communicating to junior staff. More openness and candidness would go a long way.

      Pros

      Great resources, efficiency, access to wealth of knowledge, flexible, adaptive. Overall, I would definitely recommend the company. I have been so happy here since I started, and it's obvious that the company really values their employees.

      Cons

      Pay could be a bit higher in cities, need better coffee in the office
