      Pros

      Gensler is a greta place to work, the opportunites are immense. There is a great culture, howvere the US culture do not translate well in Europe. Cross studio fertilisation is good, but can be improved.

      Cons

      Cutlure adjustement between the US and Europe is needed. Design individuality is good and should not be dismissed, a lot of young talented designer do not find room to express them self in our work. We need to be better prepared in the light of Brexit, Competitors i.e We work. Communication , there is still room for improvement. Too much communication is no communication. Mentorship more activly encourage.
