Pros

Truly a one-firm-firm. Great firm culture. Opportunity to work on some great projects and with some world class clients that you wouldn't have the chance to work with at a smaller firm.

Cons

You're just a number. Denver office is very poorly run. Everything has to be white. Low pay.
