      Pros

      You are encouraged to be an entrepreneur. The sky is the limit. Always encouraged to be a leader. I have never felt held back here. We work really hard but have a lot of fun. How many offices while working late your boss is there with you and hands you a beer? Just happened to me.

      You work hard, but I find myself wanting to do it.

      The biggest small office

      Pros

      This is the deepest talent pool I have ever worked in. When they say "the power of design", Gensler brings a deep bench of extremely talented individuals to support it. This has been my favorite place to work.

      Cons

      Corporate red tape makes systematic changes difficult for evolving office standards to guide all projects. Advancement is tied to non profession specific achievements that do not relate to work performance.
