      Pros

      Overtime and bonuses are great. Offers many design areas to grow and work in. The company offers great benefits and tries to keep their employees happy. There are a ton of resources.

      Cons

      Very large office, it's hard to move up in the ranks. You can easily get lost in the mix. It seems to be very political. Work / life balance. Compensation seems low for such a large and established company.
