We are not surprised that you commented that one of the benefits of working at Gensler is exposure to world class clients and projects. However, we wanted to clarify our policy as it relates to overtime pay. Gensler US team members' are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with statutory requirements for non-exempt (hourly) roles. Gensler also provides a unique benefit, Paid Time Benefit (PTB), for eligible exempt (salaried) team members. Gensler provides pay for hours worked over a team member's standard work week. This time is paid at the base hourly rate and is subject to specific approval conditions. This unique benefit helps put our staff on the road to a financially secure future, as well as position's Gensler's approach to compensation as one of the most competitive in our industry.
