      comraderie among peers in a similar age range (Gen Y) creative environment location fun and social activities leader in the industry

      Cons

      antiquated model of promotion based on favoritism lack of any true management structure that functions cohesively (offices and partners are pitted against each other) competitive and at time cutthroat environment among peers lack of support for development

      Pros

      Bonuses. Gensler's commitment to continued education by providing lunch ceu's, etc. Their help in encouraging and supporting professional licensing. Client does seem to come first.

      Cons

      I will have to agree with some of the above posts in regards to the fact that promotions are often made on the basis of how well one cultivates relationships with the managers rather than on the basis of skills and knowledge.
