      Chaos, favoritism, no management and full of low quality projects.

      Ok salary level Overtime with payment

      No management in project teams, total chaos. Favoritism and double standards, no way you can argue objectively with your leader or manager. Random team and studio structure, no clear role description or duty divisions. There were surveys trying to figure out the satisfaction but no much change or action after. Condescend studio lead, with not much interest to know how you feel or what you think, if you’re not his or her favorite.

      Beautiful new office in San Francisco Smart coworkers

      Cons

      Beautiful new office...but return to work policy 5 days a week, enforced with low flexibility and poor change management when announced -- ironically, change management is a client service offered. Projects range widely depending on assignment. Some were very interesting, some was glorified data entry. Business runs on client need. Layoffs common.
