Pros

- Pay was decent - Work from Home - Nice people willing to help when needed - Pretty flexible with schedule requests

Cons

- Lack of communication from management regarding transitioning to full time employee - You may get offered the full time position which gives you a false sense of security so you stop your job search activities, only for the rug to be pulled out from beneath you the moment you take on a new client. For no reason at all other than the new client decided they wanted only a specific gender answering their phone calls. - They will try to fight your completely legitimate claim for unemployment benefits despite how crooked and scummy that may be.

Remote work. Some accounts seem better than others.

Cons

Pay is pretty bad considering the cost of living. You will just be another cog in the machine to this company. Horrible health insurance.
