Global Response is a family owned company and their philosophy is shown within the management and employees. The people at Global Response make it worth coming to work each day.

Cons

Pay scale is very low compared to the national average for management positions. Top management get by because of favoritism not because of their ability to manage groups successfully.

Pros

It was flexible and the pay was good for someone in high school as myself. The supervisors were nice at times. Sometimes willing to work with my schedule.If you work there long enough they may make you a supervisor but that is doubtful. Its just a nice place to start out.

Cons

It was repetitive and stressful at times and made me feel very claustrophobic also the strict rules we had to follow. Also the campaign you work on may not be permanent which means you get let go when its over.
