Pros

benefits, professional growth with in the company, they are partnered with Boston Market, So you can get a hot fresh lunch when you would like.

Cons

if you are working 8 hours you do not get a lunch, just 2 15's. very repetitive and stressful. the department you work for may only need temp agents, so you get let go with out a warning

Pros

The people are great to work with. The holidays are big deal for the company.

Cons

Lack of communication and no real opportunity for growth within the company. Raises are not really provided to employees.
