Pros

Easy to get hired. Job wasn’t hard. Some nice coworkers. They tried to do some social activities and provide occasional lunches for holidays.

Cons

Pay is below standard. The atmosphere is a little like a sweatshop with sitting extremely close together and some of the employees don’t have super high hygiene standards. They had to put signs in bathroom to wash hands. Someone said saw roaches in kitchen vendor drawer. This was pre covid so they’d have to do a lot to make this a healthy environment. Also plenty of backstabbers that work there. The benefits cost so much you’d end up with very little salary. Advice is to stay far away. They have no loyalty to employees

There are different shifts to choose from so it’s slightly more flexible than more call center positions.

Cons

Poorly run, low pay and absolutely no room for growth.
