Pretty standard call center work

Pros

Ability to choose your own schedule. Flexibility to ask for time off, out of season. Depending on the account manager and supervisors you work with there is a lot of support and understanding for all employees especially new ones

Cons

Terrible customers depending on the account. Breaks too short.
