Pros

You sit all day so no long standing or walking around. You meet great people. Time passes quickly. There are great food options available on the compound.

Cons

Monotonous. No room for growth. Don't even bother asking managers for help. You get a 30, a 15 and 5 mins personal time so if you ever want to use the bathroom or get up from your desk outside of those break times, good luck. Probably one of the worst jobs I've had.

NO ADVANCEMENT/NO PAY INCREASE

Pros

Co-Worker and a few Supervisors, are great.

Cons

No advancement opportunities. No pay increases. If you want long term with a company, with advancement and pay increases, find employment elsewhere, as I did.
