Own cubicle and benefits were ok.

Cons

One day you can go into work and have a job and the next day be told the account you are on ends in a week and you have no job. Worked there for almost 5 years with one .50 pay raise. Company doesn't care for the employees. If you have to go to the bathroom you have to use your "allowed" break time. If you have to go to the bathroom a lot or get up and move you need a doctor note and fill out ADA paperwork for an accommodation. Shouldn't need an accommodation or someone telling you when you can and can not get up to go to the bathroom. No bonuses or pay raises regularly.
