Pros

Not quick to fire you if you don’t meet the metric or the company customer service metric. You get another opportunity to proof yourself by working for a diff company with the building. They have so many diff companies they have customer service agents working for so that there is more opportunity to find your match!

Cons

The doors all have security locks u can only get in with a badge. So don’t think u can forget your badge and your friend can let you in lol they are very stern about that. U can get fired for that!

Pros

Weekly pay. Hours are reasonable .

Cons

I recently worked at global response under vineyard vines. I honestly thought it was a nice company however, after I made it through training ,never missed a day and Monday was suppose to be my first day on the floor. I was told that I was fired due to cliental reasons before I was even presented the opportunity to start my shift. I was pulled into an office while I observed the rest of the people from my training group on the floor and clocking in . When I probed for a reason as to why I was fired , I was told the contract ended . However, the job was seasonal and was suppose to end in january . Their was opportunity for full time employment but I was pregnant and I knew I would only be able to do a seasonal position. When I was hired no one knew I was pregnant . However in training when I had to introduce myself to the class I mentioned the fact that I was pregnant , I didn't think that I had anything to hide . So if the contract ended for the account why was I the only one pulled in to the office and let go why wasn't it announced to the entire training class. In all honesty I feel like their was some discrimination going on and I wouldn't recommend working their to anyone else because of my experience . But you guys are welcome to give it a try.
