Pros

benefits, professional growth with in the company, they are partnered with Boston Market, So you can get a hot fresh lunch when you would like.

Cons

if you are working 8 hours you do not get a lunch, just 2 15's. very repetitive and stressful. the department you work for may only need temp agents, so you get let go with out a warning

Pros

clean inviting environment. Call center is well diverse and they have great accounts

Cons

call center is a little small breaks are short if any some employees are quite rude and the hiring process is a little lengthy
