      It hurts to say that I’m mad with globant

      I love globant, the culture and the sites are just awesome, I also had the opportunity to work with big companies

      Cons

      It hurts to say it but I’m totally demotivated in globant because I’m being waiting over a year for my rising (that is approved my manager) and there’s always an excuse, the sad part is that the rising in money is really low and to be honest is sad to see a lots of developers coming to the company with the double of salary that I currently gain and are at the same level as me
