Buenos beneficios pero no hay crecimiento

Son flexibles, buenos beneficios y los clientes son buenos

Cons

2 años trabajando alla y ni un solo peso de aumento en el salario a pesar de haber crecido, no toman en cuenta ni la inflacion de los ultimos 2 años ni los cambios tributarios para aumentar asi sea un poco. Para subir de seniority es demasiado complicado por mas que he insistido en todo este tiempo no me han dado la oprotunidad de crecer, la unica respuesta que dan para el tema salarial es que busquemos otro trabajo
