Pros

They have really good client and if you are lucky you can catch a really cool project where you can learn a lot.

Cons

There are too many roles that you never get to know the whole picture of your project. The salaries are really bad if you worked there for some time. The initial payment is good, but then forget about good raises. There are too much bureaucracy. To get higher is a really insane competition. There are a lot of people with really poor skills in important roles, the recruiting is not good at all.

Pros

Cool clients, lots of WFH

Cons

the soul of the company is revenue driven, nothing matters except making money, bill as much as you can, pay as little as possible to developers. The main business in this company is currency arbitrage between clients and employees.
