      it's good for new people, mostly juniors, when you are someone that have more experience you realize that you are not good pay, there is no balance between what you do and the remuneration you received. It's a shame.

      Cons

      salary low according to the market, there are people that has been with the same salary more than 2 years. Globant knows that, but they just don't care

      Tienes bastantes beneficios y descuentos en algunas tiendas, horario flexible(dependiendo del cliente), buen ambiente laboral y oficinas completamente equipadas.

      Cons

      Cuesta subir de seniority, sueldos no van de acuerdo a los mismos, tienden a ser mas bajos.
