People. Few opportunities to grow (not many). Amenities. On the project I was working on there were plenty of trips to customer's & company's offices around the world.

Cons

Salary stuck for long periods of time. Few interesting projects. On mine I wasn't allowed to do any WFH

- The growth possibilities are not available for everyone. You must be the MVP of your team - Bad market salary - Bad code quality

Nice work environment, flexible hours. You can learn a lot if you are able to stay motivated despite the lack of recognition for your work.

Cons

Salary is very low and does not keep up with Argentina's economy. Even if you work hard you will only level up if you are lucky. You can widely exceed your job expectations but they'll come up with some company rule that will make you sit and wait for a rise.
