      Pros

      There are big accounts and you might find a cool project where you will actually get to do something cool. Traveling is a possible option and relocation as well.

      Cons

      You might get stuck in a project where you will do not so interesting stuff (old technology, tasks that no one wants to do). Changing projects its a possibility but depends on the project and manager.

      Pros

      Benefits, Cool Workplace, Place to park your Bike, Flexible working hours, Social Events (Family Day, etc), engage 1-on-1 with worldwide clients on private videochat or have coffee with them if visit offices, Corporate Card of Benefits (Not much of them but it does work), easy to work from another office (just go), Informal trainings (may sounds bad but on this company nothing is "too Formal"), Webinars/Streamings help keep up-to-date on some tech (Not going to learn from scratch from a Webinar but still helps keep knowledge fresh), Skilled people (some say "revolving door of noobs", but actually the TD's and TL's are very skilled), Good Health Care (2 to choose from), Pay on first ~5 days of month strictly, People Champions are helpful, free fruits (tiny basket but still), free Beer on After-office, make a BBQ on Lunch time.

      Cons

      Salary is LOW!, Salary is LOW!, Salary is LOW!, Salary is weird, some people join as Trainee/Junior for very few money not thinking of living costs, some people never get a raise on money. Tiny offices had less in-office benefits sometimes. Office Wifi is Slow on some offices. Good Team is a thing of good luck (you can ask to move to another team).
