      Pros

      The experience depends a lot on the project, the managers do not help you or support you before the client, there are no salary increases, even if you have good evaluations, in general I think it is a good company as long as you are in a good project.

      Pros

      Flexibility, good communication, average benefits, good projects, vacation days are very good.

      Cons

      they tell you; you should look for the best project for your career, but after my contract with a client ended, it feels like they force you to take whatever is available, even though the position doesn't have much to do with your skills and career path and I got fired for that (they told me that was the reason). I had gotten only positive feedback from the client, managers and leaders. That completely contradictory from what they keep all the time.
