Pros
I've been in Globant for over 3 years now and it's been a great journey, up ands downs but a lot of stability, I can completely rely in Globant and I feel heard and valued. Last couple of years been through a lot of crisis (like the rest of the world) and Globant has been always very transparent and honest with me and I'm very grateful for that. Since I got here I've always been surrounded by great and human leaders and coworkers and I am aware I'm very fortunate since I know it doesn't happen very often but it does happen. I am proud and happy to still be part of Globant and will always be grateful with the opportunity they gave me to grow and learn. I dare to say that this is one of the best companies in Mexico.
Cons
Everything might move slow (which is normal) since this is a big company and salary increases are not something common, but if you are a hardworker and bring value to the company it will eventually pay off. A big disavantage is that your whole experience in the company depends on the type of project and the client's culture, if it's not good, it will take some time for Globant to re-assign you and it can be a real pain.
