      Pros

      Teamwork, great people to work with. Also, the projects are interesting. The culture is entrepreneurial and people are open to new ideas and proposals

      Cons

      Nothing important to say. Maybe they should reinforce the availability of other positions in case you want to change, but overall, i heard that employees that wanted to change assignments were able to do so eventually

      Good work space. Great atmosphere. Good flexibility. Competitiveness. Lots of challenging projects to choose. Very good as a first company to start with.

      Cons

      Low salaries vs other companies. Bad compensations. Good career plans (en theory) but awful tracking and support from the company. Really bad or none rewards to performance.

      Pros

      You get to learn and explore new areas. Flexible Environment. Constantly innovative and employee engaging. If you seek a challenging Role, this is the best place to be. Office Ambiance is the best. Apart from all Herzberg components that it satisfies, work ethics and job satisfaction is taken care of.

      Cons

      Transport Is not Flexible. Cab Facilities should be taken into consideration.
