Pros

Good company if you are starting as a dev for the first time to grow up and learn. Good family/work balance. Remote work offered for seniority higher than semi senior.

Cons

Salary, don't dream of getting a raise ever. Talent after senior level leaves because of low income and a salary that is not competitive. They shifted to woke culture and DEI since 2020 but if you are remote you can ignore it.
