Pros
Great people. Great environment. Great clients. Tons of freedom. Flexibility. Many tools to learn. Competitive salaries.
Cons
Hard to know your what is your career path. You have a "mentor", but it's hardly visible. I would say is not the mentor's fault, but a badly implemented process. Not much team building done from the company's side. HR kind of lacking in many ways. Clients were good, the projects were not very interesting.
