* Salary amount. When I entry to Globant, it was a good salary for me. * Flexible work time. If you want, you can try working from home a lot of times, even, you can choose which days to work from home or go to the office. * Agile work and practices, you won't find obstacles to express your opinion. * Benefits such as parking lot, free cofee machine, working from home. * Good life balance staying at home. * Big company is a good option to look in your CV.

Cons

* I was unable to get an own desk in Bogota's office. * No salary increment after a year. It depends to much which is your project and where are you located from. * No much Globant's culture here in Colombia. I guess, it is the most different thing between Colombia and Argentina workers. I don't know how is the culture in other countries. * Difficult to getting promoted.
