Great work environment (great support on pandemic) and good career path but you have to be aware that it depends of the account that you are working with (Globant have good and big clients).

Cons

If you made bad decisions can cost time, e.g. I accepted a training as TAE, it cost me a year to get out from that technology and it blocked somehow my career path.
