      you can work at ease, they have many projects, you can move between them and they have many benefits outside the salary.

      Cons

      It's hard to move up in seniority, it's hard to ask for a raise, they don't care about your personal and professional growth.

      Talking about my experience here I can say it's a great place to work, they give you benefits above law, specially the client I belong has a good culture so that both cultures match each other, you have flexibility in your tasks

      Maybe grow in the company is a little difficult but is possible, you should be in charge of your own growth and asks people to know what they did to grow
