      If you are a technical person, and working in IT, then NONE.

      Cons

      - Poor work life balance. I worked on most weekends. - Bad appraisal system, which promotes politics. - Junk work, mostly support and maintenance work - Very bad managers, most have come from service companies, and brought very bad culture. If you are working in a product company, never make the mistake of joining GS.

      -Pretty girls are treated like bad by the older women and are harassed by the men. -5 weeks vacation is discouraged from being used. -Leadership feels threatened by analysts. -Favoritism by race is a clear agenda. -department mobility is a lie during recruitment process. -communication is terrible, watch out for managers to scapegoat younger employees.
