"You think" you are being paid high.. "you think" you are with intelligent people..

Cons

Dirtiest place to work, People here are very politically charged... They looks like experts in their field but they are cunning enough to showcase themselves like experts. I have been working here since last 8 years, (one would wonder it takes me 8 years to understand but I have been changing departments and everywhere its same).. believe me this place actually suck blood from talented people and reward to cajolers. Even if you think you can downgrade yourself to please your manager there will be somebody who can beat you in doing this. You can waste important years of your life by joining this firm.

Pros

Most people do not work during weekends. People in this division work hard, but it is nothing like investment banking hours.

Cons

Almost everybody in this division wants to move to the "revenue side." The vast majority of people who try to switch divisions are unable to. People come to this division thinking they can switch. Once they find out they cannot, they move on to another company. The division has very high turnover.

Best pay rate I've ever had good steady hours unlimited over time union benefits

Cons

OMG were to begin ...securing a bunch of pompous snotty people isn't pleasant they expect you to keep them safe but they treat you like crap. Co workers, very few were sincere most of them are a bunch of kiss butts back stabbing just to make themselves look better in front of management . The managers only 1 of them were reasonable the others were a bunch of corporate puppets .
